Focus Areas
I have many identities, but the one that I feel best identifies me currently is a millennial working mom who loves working alongside other millennial moms!
That said, there are many life stages that can bring both anxiety and joy. I believe that by practicing mindfulness techniques, we can learn to understand that anxiety and joy can coexist.
Here are some life stages I have personally worked through as someone in my mid-30s. Iβve also used these lived experiences to help provide therapeutic interventions for others who may be struggling in these areas:
Graduating college/graduate school
Finding a job after graduation
Being in an intercultural relationship
Planning a wedding
Prenatal mental health
Postpartum challenges
Mom guilt
Parenting stress with little ones
Starting and maintaining a private practice
βWhat am I going to do next in my life?β βHow do I navigate my new identity as a mother while still keeping my other identities?β
I can help troubleshoot those questions, as I have asked myself those same questions too. I help clients navigate these questions through collaborative sessions while using a nonjudgmental and empathetic approach.
Feel free to reach out to me to via email as I offer a FREE 15-minute phone consultation.
